We are currently accepting Saturday appointments for new clients.

Additional appointment times are available upon request

Rates
$200 per 55-minute session for individual counseling
$250.00 for 90 minute intake session
$200.00 for marital or couple counseling.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee assistance plan (EAP program). Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• Is family therapy covered?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Do I need an authorization from my insurer?

If you are unsure of your coverage, please let us know when making your appointment and we will attempt to check with your insurer.

Payment
Cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
Scheduled sessions are an important part of the therapeutic relationship. In treatment, it is your responsibility to attend sessions or cancel no later than 24 hours BEFORE the session start time.

In the case of missed sessions with extenuating circumstances, the fee may be waived.

Extenuating circumstances are defined as: hospitalization, death of an immediate family member, and automobile accidents. Verification of such events may be requested. Everyday occurrences such as colds or known conditions such as hay fever will not qualify unless the effects are unusually severe.

In the event of a missed session without 24 hours’ notice your credit card will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of $50.
